A delicious, zesty salsa that is great straight from the jar but also makes a great base for pasta dishes and hot cheese dip. Just add 1 cup cream cheese, 1 cup shredded Asiago & 1 cup shredded cheddar, mix and bake in 375F oven for 20 min. Serve with warm pita triangles, corn chips or sliced French bread.
